Michael's multi-sport competing started on a double dog dare from his brother. Watching a videotape on swimming that taught him how to swim in four months, he completed his first triathlon at the Panama City Half Ironman in 2002. He has been training/competing ever since.
His goal is to provide a comprehensive multi-sport service that addresses the training, racing, and recovery needs of the novice, veteran and elite athlete. He provides this through facilitation of the athletes’ complete needs, which includes time management, coached training sessions, race selection and sport specific facilities.
His athletes have qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, the Ironman World Championships, Duathlon World Championships, and several have broken many of their personal records.

Elyse specializes in working with women and girls to learn about health and fitness, socialize, and learn how to feel comfortable with their bodies while working to improve or maintain good health. “We need to take the time to take care of ourselves, so we can be there for our families. Women are traditionally more in tune with health and wellness, but there is so much conflicting and confusing information coming out everyday."
Elyse has been a trainer for 5 years, and is really excited to offer the first women’s only boutique fitness studio in Cincinnati. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, and enjoys participating in local races and sprint triathlons with her family.
